This is compensated by the large garden (one can bring garden chairs inside too). The location is very good: a number of historical sights (Kojetin itself is a nice little town) and hiking possibilities within 30-40 min drive. Good communication with the owner and her extremely friendly dog (the cat was a bit shy).PawełPoland
