Small historic town close to the Bavarian border, in the centre of the Chod region. Main square is a gem with very old houses. Must climb up the tower for a magnificient view. Look for Pivnice Koutske pivo, the best pub in town with great beer from a nearby microbrewery (Kout). (No food, though...)

In Czechia there are many small towns worth a visit, usually with an interesting historical background and some old buildings, Domazlice is one of them. Maybe not as impressive as, say, neighbouring Klatovy, but with a nice atmosphere. Worth visiting for a couple of days.PawelFinland
